新型コロナ感染症予防のため、総会での書面決議が続いていましたが、４年ぶりに対面で通常総会が開催されました。
今回は会員表彰、新入会員紹介の後、役員改選が信任投票により行われ、新しく役員が決定し、事業計画・予算案も無事に承認を頂くことができました。
通常総会後は連盟、協同組合の総会も行われ、こちらも無事に議案が可決されました。

総会後はエビデンス・スタディー・ミーティングが開催されました。
講師に錦江町役場介護福祉課地域包括支援センター 保健師の金川美穂さんを講師に招き、
当会副会長の園田博明先生と
「柔道整復師の介護予防事業参入実例について～錦江町役場地域支援センターの取り組み」のテーマでご講演をいただきました。
The post about the annual meeting and evidence-based study really shows how much effort goes into sharing knowledge and improving outcomes through structured discussion and collaboration. It reminded me of a time when I was dealing with a packed academic schedule where chemistry exams and other responsibilities all hit at once, and I felt like I could not properly prepare for everything. In that stressful period, I used hire someone to take my chemistry exams to get through one major exam so I could focus on understanding the rest of my coursework more calmly. It really made me realize how important it is to balance workload so learning does not turn into burnout.
